Summary

resolve reference-script sizes from the exact transaction inputs
include reference-script bytes in all minimum-fee calculations
warn before spending reference-script UTxOs without changing approval behavior
preserve fee metadata across offline, queued, resumed, and witnessed flows


          fix(cardano): account for reference script fees
