1. Wrong event name

Section "Automate reviews in GitHub by using workflows" says:

you can trigger on pull-request-review

The correct event name is pull_request_review (underscores). pull-request-review will not work in a workflow.

2. Invalid YAML in example

Section "Identify the trigger event" contains:

-name: Show event trigger

It is missing a space after the dash. It should be:

- name: Show event trigger

3. Misleading statement about labels triggering workflows

The unit says:

Adding a label might be an event that starts another workflow, such as a merge.

In the example, the label is added by an action using GITHUB_TOKEN. Events created with GITHUB_TOKEN do not start new workflow runs (except workflow_dispatch and repository_dispatch). Suggest adding a note that a personal access token or GitHub App token is needed if the label should trigger another workflow.
