feat(app): follow a live window's app through a relaunch - #701

Conversation
A rebuilt app relaunches with a new window ID. The live view keeps the last frame and follows the app to its new window for 10 seconds, then shows Relink. After Ace restarts, a lost window tries the tab's saved app once. Why: apps/desktop/native/live.m | a relaunch must be followed without a click, since make run restarts the app on every change

Follow-up to #699. Rebuilding the app shown in a live tab (
make run) relaunches it with a new window ID. The pane now keeps the last frame, follows the same app to its new window, and shows Relink only if the app hasn't come back within 10 seconds. After Ace restarts, a lost window tries the tab's saved app once before showing Relink.Checked by hand in Ace-dev with Beats:
Built in Ace
No. Built with Claude Code in a terminal, using the Desktop Tools MCP, continuing the #699 session. It rebuilds Ace's own desktop shell, which can't be done from inside the Ace window being replaced.
