  • decoder: samplingProbability (311); interface-scoped rate looked up on the egress interface too; a single declared sampler used when records name none; rate declared under another observation domain of the same exporter; zero samplingInterval no longer hides samplerRandomInterval
  • sampling=N on device lines (Names) for exporters that never declare a rate; declared rates win; pending records released
  • Settings: templates received (ids, field ids) shown when the rate is not declared; sessions silent >1h while the device sends otherwise listed as stopped
  • tests for each path; README x13; CHANGELOG 1.2.2 (1.0.4 section renamed 1.2.1, as released)
