Adds Domain Spec Maintenance to Spec Kit’s community extension catalog and documentation, making the extension discoverable to users.
Changes:
- Registers version
0.1.0with a tag-pinned download URL, SHA-256 checksum, compatibility requirements, optional tools, and command/hook counts. - Adds the matching documentation row in alphabetical order.
