+IHI Terrasun is the owner of proprietary and copyrighted software, source code, technical documentation, architecture designs, operational procedures, engineering documentation, configuration files, and related intellectual property developed and maintained by IHI Terrasun employees in the course of their employment.  
+The copyrighted materials include proprietary internal software projects, source code repositories, technical documentation, engineering designs, and associated materials created for and owned by IHI Terrasun as works made for hire and/or otherwise assigned to IHI Terrasun.  
+These materials are confidential, proprietary, and are not authorized for public distribution through personal GitHub accounts or repositories.  
+
+3. Identification of Infringing Material  
+The infringing material is located within the following GitHub account and repositories:

+The repositories identified above contain copyrighted and proprietary IHI Terrasun source code, software components, technical documentation, configurations, and related intellectual property that were developed in the course of employment and are owned by IHI Terrasun.  
+IHI Terrasun believes that all content contained within the repositories identified above infringes IHI Terrasun's copyrights. Accordingly, we request removal or disabling of access to the entirety of each repository and any associated releases, tags, commits, documentation, files, and downloadable content contained therein.  
+To the extent that the identified repositories have been forked, we request that GitHub investigate those forks and take appropriate action regarding any forks that contain the same infringing content.  
+Based on the representative number of repositories reviewed, I believe that all or most copies, forks, and derivative repositories containing the identified content are infringing to the same extent as the parent repositories.  
+
+4. Prior Attempts to Resolve the Matter  
+Prior to submitting this notice, IHI Terrasun attempted to resolve this matter directly with the account owner.  
+The GitHub account belongs to a former employee of IHI Terrasun. We have communicated with the former employee regarding the removal of the repositories and associated content. However, all authentication methods associated with the GitHub account were tied to a company-issued email address and company-issued mobile phone number.  
+The former employee no longer has access to those authentication methods, and IHI Terrasun's IT department likewise no longer has access to those authentication methods. As a result, the former employee is unable to access the account and cannot remove the repositories or associated copyrighted materials. Because the account cannot be accessed by the former employee and cannot be administered by IHI Terrasun, GitHub's assistance is required to remove the infringing content.

+The infringement cannot be remedied through attribution, modification, or selective removal of isolated files.  
+To remedy the infringement, GitHub should:  
+Disable access to and remove the repositories identified in this notice.  
+Remove any copies of IHI Terrasun copyrighted materials contained within those repositories.  
+Remove any forks or derivative repositories determined to contain the same copyrighted materials.
