/login incorrectly identifies *.ghe.com as "GitHub Enterprise Cloud" when it's actually "GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency" #5280

Describe the bug

When I type /login in the Copilot CLI, it asks:

What account do you want to log into?

 ❯ 1. GitHub.com
   2. GitHub Enterprise Cloud (*.ghe.com)

But *.ghe.com is not "GitHub Enterprise Cloud". GitHub Enterprise Cloud is on github.com, not on ghe.com.

*.ghe.com is GitHub Enterprise Cloud with data residency

Expected behavior

The output should be:
