copy paste out of gitlab copilot is not possible or easy #5273

Describe the bug
the gui technolgy used for copilot is not up to date. copying text out of the gitlab chat is not well supported if this cpilot is running in vscode in a browser. please fix copy paste without complications of opening a browser, switching off half the functions etc. on all operating systems and terminals.
