Additional notes for reviewers

The plugin exposes one canonical Agent Skill and requires the rhost CLI to be installed separately. It does not install a remote agent or daemon, and it leaves authentication, host-key policy, SSH configuration, and connection reuse to the system OpenSSH client.

Local intake preflight against this immutable commit passed Agent Plugins v1.0.0 spec compliance, manifest-version matching, and Vally lint (2/2 checks: spec compliance and valid references). The Copilot CLI install smoke test could not run locally because the CLI is unavailable, so upstream smoke validation is still required.
