People using the Annotation Toolkit need accessibility guidance about the Figma library and documentation themselves, not only about the products they design. Add a root
ACCESSIBILITY.mdfor the repository's Accessibility overview tab and link it from the README.The statement separates Figma's current platform support from the library's visual relationships and documents legibility choices, known barriers, text-based handoff alternatives, and existing support routes.
