[DEMO] FAQ has no question about how long the event issues stay open #65

Description

@pushpam2404

This is a demonstration issue. It is deliberately tiny, so it can be
done start to finish in a couple of minutes. If you are brand new, these are
the ones to start with.

Context

People ask at every event whether they can carry on afterwards. The FAQ does not answer it, so the answer only exists in whatever someone happens to say out loud on the day.

What to change

Files: faq.html

Requirements:

  • Add one question under the Before you start section
  • Answer it: the issues stay open afterwards and contributions are welcome any time
  • Copy the shape of the existing entries exactly — <details class="faq-item" id="q-...">
  • Give it a unique id following the q-something pattern already used

Acceptance criteria

  • The new question appears in the right section and opens when clicked
  • The id is unique
  • npx html-validate "*.html" still reports zero errors

How to verify locally

npx html-validate "*.html"
python3 -m http.server 8000 # then open faq.html

How long this takes

Three minutes. Five lines of HTML, copied from the entry above it.
