Glossary is missing 'Draft pull request' and 'LGTM' #34

Description

@pushpam2404

Context

"LGTM" turns up in review comments with no explanation, and draft pull requests are the single most useful thing a nervous first-timer can be told about — you can open one before it is finished and nobody will judge it.

What to change

Files: data/glossary.json

Requirements:

  • Add one object for Draft pull request and one for LGTM
  • For draft PRs, say explicitly that opening one early is encouraged, not sloppy
  • Expand LGTM to "looks good to me" and note it usually means approval

Acceptance criteria

  • Both terms appear on the glossary page
  • The draft-PR entry would actually encourage somebody who is hesitating
  • The JSON still parses

How to verify locally

python3 -m http.server 8000

Then open http://localhost:8000.

Difficulty

Beginner.

Stuck at any point? Comment here saying what you have tried and where it stopped working — that is not an admission of failure, it is how we find out the instructions were unclear. You can also come to a PR Debug Clinic (Oct 12 or Oct 21).
