💡 What:
Optimized filterLanguages utility in packages/mcp/src/shared/language-filter.ts to use a single for-of loop with early exit once the limit threshold is met.

🎯 Why:
The original implementation chained .filter().slice().map(), scanning the entire languages array and performing expensive case-insensitive matches and intermediate array allocations.

📊 Impact:
Significantly reduces memory allocations and CPU overhead on language lookups, especially when list sizes grow, while preserving strict short-circuiting.
