Added instructions for installing Git using Chocolatey.

Changes

  • Add "Using Chocolatey" section to the Windows downloads page

Context

The Windows downloads page only lists winget. Chocolatey is also widely used on Windows, especially in enterprise environments. Adding it gives users another supported install method.

The `Git.Git` package in winget is maintained by volunteers. At any
given moment, it could lag behind, or point to a bogus package. This has
not been made clear, which is hereby fixed.
