Updates the available Go module dependencies in one change, including
manifests,go-git/v5, andmodernc.org/sqlite. Updatesgoogle.golang.org/grpctov1.83.0, resolvingGO-2026-6061. Keeps the customsilobranch pins unchanged because they are already at their branch heads.
