ANR profiling is out of experimental in Android SDK 8.55.0 — review RN docs/config #6661

Background

sentry-java 8.55.0 (#6042) moved ANR profiling out of experimental. No RN code change is required by the bump itself.

Current RN surface

RN exposes profiling via _experiments.profilingOptions (profileSessionSampleRate, lifecycle, startOnAppStart), consumed by RNSentryStart.configureAndroidProfiling(...) — packages/core/android/src/main/java/io/sentry/react/RNSentryStart.java:263. ANR options are separate (enableNdkAppHangTracking, ndkAppHangTimeoutIntervalMillis).

Scope

Confirm nothing in RN still references ANR profiling as experimental, and add a docs/changelog note if RN surfaces or should surface any ANR-profiling-related config now that it's stable upstream. Docs-only unless a gap is found.
