node-integration-tests: port web framework suites to span streaming #24136
Description
Follow the porting recipe in the parent issue.
Server segment span names come from the route, so the sentry.segment.name.source attribute and the low cardinality http.server name are the main assertions that change.

Env-gated suites
express/tracing, tracing/fastify and tracing/hapi use traceLifecycle: process.env.STREAMED === 'true' ? 'stream' : 'static'. Drop the switch and keep 'stream'.
