📜 Description

Every sample's system test now lives in the module it tests, so this removes what ran them:

• test/system-test-runner.py and test/system-test-sentry-server.py, the Python runner and its mock Sentry server on :8000;
• requirements.txt, which only the runner used;
• the Makefile's setupPython, systemTest and systemTestInteractive targets;
• .github/workflows/system-tests-backend.yml.

devenv, .envrc and pyproject.toml stay. They set up a general-purpose .venv, and pyproject.toml declares no dependencies.

This branch merges #6268's. #6268 moves the last system test, the logback sample's, into sentry-logback. It sits beside the rest of the stack rather than in it: both it and #6269 are based on #6267. The conflicts were in the two files this PR deletes. Until #6268 lands, its changes show up in this PR's diff.

The Gradle side, the io.sentry.systemtest plugin and sentry-system-test-support, goes in the next PR.

💡 Motivation and Context

The end of the migration: nothing runs the Python flow any more. The three Spring Boot matrices stopped using it in #6319, #6320 and #6321.

💚 How did you test it?

• No sample has a test under io.sentry.systemtest or applies io.sentry.systemtest.
• Nothing else references the deleted files: no workflow, CODEOWNERS, file filter or Dependabot config.
• After the merge, SentryAppenderIntegrationTest passes, and the logback sample still builds.
