DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Updates the Java and Android v9 documentation for the deprecated Hub compatibility APIs removed by sentry-java#6223.

  • Replaces the remaining Spring IHub examples with IScopes.
  • Replaces Android OkHttp examples that call Sentry.getCurrentHub() with Sentry.getCurrentScopes().
  • Adds Hub-to-Scopes replacements and lifecycle-token guidance to the Java and Android v8-to-v9 migration guides.

This PR is stacked on #19962, which introduces the v9 migration pages.

Use balanced scope callbacks in the Android migration guide because static
push operations do not fork scopes in Android's default global hub mode.
Document the persistent global scope API for configuration before SDK init.
