Extend sim_statusbar with time, Wi-Fi, cellular and battery overrides applied in one simctl status_bar override call, keeping dataNetwork "clear" as a standalone reset. Add shutdown_sim, mirroring boot_sim. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Both returnsimulator-action-resultschema v3, which adds theshutdownaction and the new fields; other tools stay on v2.Why: status bar overrides beyond data network are needed for marketing-quality screenshots; there is no tool to shut a simulator down.
Testing: unit tests for schema validation, the generated simctl command, structured output and errors; a v2/v3 schema test; regenerated MCP contract fixtures; new snapshot cases and fixtures;
