A sparse-screen clip that starts after its last decoded frame aborts the whole export.

Head extends the screen duration to the container length. A clip that starts 30 s into an 87 s container with a one-frame video now reaches seek_clip_start. On Windows, the held frame reports time 0 s. The tolerance check then returns false, and the export bails. At base, the same clip was clamped to about 0.067 s and skipped. The change turns a skipped clip into an export failure.

The rejection is needed for truncated camera recordings. The screen call at timeline_walk.rs:456 should not share that rejection. A fix must keep the rejection for the webcam call at timeline_walk.rs:472. The screen hold path after the seek must also be checked before a patch is applied.

Review comment at @crates/compositor/src/timeline_walk.rs around lines 78 - 96:
Update the screen-capture seek handling in the timeline walk so a failed seek
for a sparse clip can continue using the held last frame through the
container-duration window instead of aborting the export. Keep the rejection
behavior for the webcam seek unchanged, and ensure the screen hold path after
seek_clip_start preserves the intended frame.
