Adds a built-in touch cursor style to the existing cursor picker, as described in #1366: a translucent disk that contracts on press and leaves a fading trail while dragging.
New touch theme in the cursor style picker.
Translucent disk, press contraction, and drag trail, implemented in all three compositor backends.
Linux input now passes the button release through as a mouseup, so press and drag state can end correctly.
Older recordings that have no release events fall back to showing click pulses.
One new i18n key, added in each locale.
Docs and the manual e2e checklist updated for the new style.
I rendered three frames through the compositor on Linux (GTX 1050 Ti via NVK, headless):
idle: a pale gray translucent disk with a thin dark outline
pressed: the disk is smaller and brighter
drag: the disk with a fading trail behind it
I can't attach the PNGs from the CLI. I can add them to this PR if you'd like to see them.
Testing
Rebased onto main at d12d0071, one commit. Run on Linux:

Since the touch style ships on all three compositor back-ends, we validate cursor features with a short end-to-end video per platform (a real take, then the exported MP4). Could you add the three rendered frames you mentioned, plus a short Linux video showing the touch cursor in the editor preview and in an export, including a click and a drag? We'll take care of checking macOS and Windows on our side.
The touch theme test at src/lib/cursor/cursorThemes.test.ts:233-236 checks only the PNG signature and the 128×128 dimensions. A blank or different PNG with the same header passes. No other test or asset check in the repository reads the pixels, so a future replacement of public/cursors/touch/disk.png would not fail CI. The test name, "draws the same centered disk", describes a check that the assertions do not make.
The committed asset is valid, so this is a coverage gap. It is not a current rendering defect. A center-pixel alpha check would confirm only that the disk is present. It would not validate the full artwork.
Notes on the remedy
Decode and assert center alpha. The generator fills a circle centered at (64, 64) with rgba(255,255,255,0.6), so the center pixel is opaque enough to test. The repository has no PNG decoder.
