Under 2026-09-03 (Hyperbolic / calc_v10)

• Record of the decision: approval date, ruling date for class and statistic, the section 4.1 eligibility basis, the section 4.2 double-counting position, and the open item that the per-seat statistic is disclosed in the panel config files rather than inside the published calc_params.
• Effective time stated literally: 2026-09-03T18:59:44Z (succession version 6 on H100 and H200; activation sequence 6).
• Dated correction: the provider_class sentence has been false since the publisher build deployed at 2026-09-03T21:27Z. Every Hyperbolic receipt under the calc_v10 keyspaces publishes marketplace, verified on the 2026-09-03 H100 v6 day file (first and last stamp).

Under 2026-09-01

• Back-entry for the attendance-weighting mint on all four lanes (calc_v8 on H100/H200, calc_v14 on B300/B200), derived from the published succession and a calc_params diff of the v4 and v5 keyspaces (liveness.attendance_eta 0.5, attendance_half_life_hours 6, no_price_exclusion_hours 24; B300 also carry_forward_window_hours 72). The entry says it was written after the fact.
