Adds Cheaper Inference as a provider preset in AI settings.
Cheaper Inference is an OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway.
One API key gives access to models from several labs.
It uses the same pattern as #157 (Requesty).
It uses the existing
openaipath.There is no backend change.
