beef42 on discord points out that Kit #1 is basically reskinned lings with a slightly different objective, and Kit #3 is Zombies but different; and they're pretty much correct. The goal is to fulfill a thematic niche, but design-wise I wasn't exactly certain on how to do this so I put down several ideas to see which ones people liked the most (while still accounting for the vague possibility that all 3 would be liked). So do keep in mind when replying that everything here is - as ever with unmerged prs that have 0 code to them - subject to radical changes and/or compromises |
Trimmed down the proposal to just the one unique kit/idea, as the other two were ill-conceived and bloaty.
