@yarnpkg/core 4.9.2 points got at a patch file that exists only in the Yarn repository. yarn dlx @yarnpkg/sdks resolves that version and the install exits ENOENT. The SDK is now a devDependency, core stays on 4.9.1, and postinstall runs yarn sdks vscode.
