In the Forking and Cloning page, there are instructions for forking and cloning. However, we only tell students how to clone their repos and we never give them instructions for forking. The goal "is for them to fork as well
and clone their fork so they can push code back up" and it should be expanded on when students fork/clone the stage 0 exercise repo
