QA Notes

I've tested this in a production org in patch 260.4.5.

Steps

• checkout the feature branch, build and yarn link
• in plugin-deploy-retrieve, build and yarn link the SDR module
• run sf project retrieve start -m Agent:AgentName
• for invalid version I used v1
• for higher than latest, I used v10 for an agent that has 9 versions

Test cases:
