Bring the Test Driver lists in line with the code - #695

The page lists which Test Drivers Fluentd provides in three places, and each one is missing something. lib/fluent/test/driver/ has a driver for multi_output and one for storage which the opening list does not name, the Base Owner API list leaves out input, and the Base owned API section has no list at all. The new How to Write Storage Plugin page sends readers here for Fluent::Test::Driver::Storage, so the gaps are visible from another page. Buffer and service discovery plugins have no driver, so they stay off the lists.
