New page Import and Export Tests (agents/test/import-export-tests) under Agents > Test:

• The export format: which fields are ignored on import, what agent_ids does, and where tool references live.
• A script that exports an agent's tests (or the whole library) to JSON files, following pagination.
• Importing within the same team, and retargeting the copies to another agent.
• Importing into another team: recreate the tools, then a script that remaps webhook and client tool ids by name through List Test Tools and stops on a missing tool. A warning explains why unmapped ids save fine but misbehave at run time.

The agent tests page links to it from its export and import bullet. All three scripts were run end to end against a mock of the API (pagination, cursor encoding, remapping).
