사이드바에 찾아줘! 서비스, GitHub, 일정관리, 외부 API 모니터링으로 가는 바로가기 섹션을 추가하고 새 탭으로 열리게 했습니다. 메뉴 섹션마다 제목을 눌러 접고 펼 수 있게 하고, 접힌 상태를 localStorage에 기억합니다. 새로고침 직후 접힌 섹션이 잠깐 보이지 않도록 레이아웃에서 화면을 그리기 전에 접힘 상태를 적용합니다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

사이드바 섹션 제목이 버튼이 되면서 "신고/문의" 버튼이 함께 잡혀 strict mode 위반이 났습니다. 이름이 정확히 "문의"인 버튼만 찾도록 getByRole로 바꿨습니다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
