GitHub warns Node 20 is deprecated on runners. Matrix 20.x/22.x -> 22.x/24.x, publish/security jobs to 24.x, checkout/setup-node/upload-artifact v4 -> v5, engines >=22, docs updated. Note: basic-protection ruleset still requires test (20.x) — update it to 22.x/24.x after merge or PR checks will block.
