feat: hand off EveryData results to cleanup

Summary

• Publish EveryData 0.2.0 with a source-bound cleanup handoff for authorized collection results.
• Document both live cleanup tools and all 15 operations, including inferred field discovery and original-task recovery.
• Preserve server-issued source references/versions, explicit activation/submission and stable idempotency keys.
• Bind provenance to total plugin release source 3dca476c56cb47e97b0174faa3c512bca9b41dcf.

Validation
