CONTRIB-DRAFTS.mdwas swept into #823 by an over-broadgit addon my side and merged along with it in 0cd1ea3. My apologies — it should never have been in the diff.It is a working note, not part of the library: it drafts issue and pull request text, refers to branches that only ever existed on my machine, and describes work that has since landed. Nothing references it and nothing builds it.
This removes it. No code is touched.
