Catches the devnet-6 inventory up to the variable rename in ansible-collection-general PR #509 (
ethereum_node_fact_{cl_enr,el_enode}→ethereum_node_fact_discovery_{cl_enr,el_enode}), which was breaking container-recreate viainstall_dependencies.shwithHostVarsVars object has no attribute ethereum_node_fact_cl_enr. Scoped to the active devnet only; other devnets intentionally left as-is.
