Users were confused about where to get the executables — they saw source code but not the Releases page. Adds a clear 3-step guide: install .NET Desktop Runtime, download from Releases, extract and run. Also links the runtime requirement at the top to prevent ASP.NET Core vs Desktop Runtime mixups.
