Claude Code now picks up AGENTS.md directly, so the generated CLAUDE.md stub importing it is no longer needed. Remove its Makefile rule, clean target entry and gitignore pattern, and update the AGENTS.md preamble accordingly. Only Gemini CLI still requires its own GEMINI.md stub.
