Summary
Makes the default ServiceFrame validation tree produce validation report entries with severity=Warning if someone were to try validating a
DestinationDisplayVariantwith no id attribute. It will likely be updated to Error severity in the future to enable upgrading to NeTEx 2.X.Bumps minor version to 12.1.0 as this is added functionality. This is change is additive and will have no impact on backwards compatibility.
