• Adds source-safe Packs portfolio positions, market signals, saved filters, and settlement/compensation/delivery/repair facets to the activity model, API, and /packs interface.
• Adds the deterministic V44 Packs portfolio market intelligence artifact, generator, checker, protocol exports, tests, workflow hooks, and draft specification updates.
• Regenerates the V44 economic-domain artifact after draft spec/source-root changes.
