Addition

Adding Claude Code Organizer to the Hardening and Permissions section.

Why it meets inclusion criteria

  1. Relevant — Directly addresses scope contamination in Claude Code: configs (memories, skills, MCP entries) leaking across project boundaries via ~/.claude/ inheritance chain
  2. Credible — 90+ GitHub stars in first week, MIT license, 92 E2E tests, community-tested on Ubuntu + macOS
  3. Practically useful — One command (npx @mcpware/claude-code-organizer) opens a dashboard to audit and fix cross-scope config leaks
  4. High signal — Solves a specific security problem: stale permissions and MCP entries inherited from wrong scopes pollute context and create unintended access patterns
  5. Current — Created March 2026, actively maintained
  6. Unique — No other tool in this list provides visual scope hierarchy audit with cross-scope move capability

Format

Follows existing format: - [Name](URL) - Description (15-30 words).
Placed alphabetically within the Hardening section.

Visual scope audit tool that detects cross-scope config contamination
in ~/.claude/ — memories, skills, and MCP entries leaking between
projects. Reduces unintended context exposure.
