refactor(ampcc): improve error handling & add docs

Summary

• Use explicit error conversions instead of #[from] for HTTP operations
• Add documentation to structs and improve test patterns
• Disable mouse capture temporarily in terminal (There is a delay when using mouse capture after PR feat(ampcc): add ability to authenticate if not authenticated #1595 which is delaying next actions as well)
