Why
The Pages dashboard should consume only reports generated by the scheduled
policy-sync workflow on
main. Manually dispatched runs can use explicit modeparameters and therefore do not necessarily represent the scheduled report.
The producer now publishes one stable artifact name in
eclipse-score/tools#43, so the
consumer can retrieve the intended report consistently.
