Support true/false and 1/0 string values from Kubernetes env vars. Extract trust-proxy normalization for Express behind reverse proxies.
Fix Express startup when TRUST_PROXY is the string "true". Use config for dev mode, telemetry, vault, auth toggles, and DB SSL. Read DB_SSL_CA from config instead of DB_SSL_CA_B64 and honor useSSL key.
Add Microservices run_as_user, platform, and runtime to mysql and postgres. Remove unused root_host_access, public_port, is_public, and is_proxy columns.
Restore accurate isAuthConfigured and console client tests when bundled config.yaml provides default publicUrl after config loads at startup.
Use https://localhost:51121 as the bundled canonical API URL.
