At 16:29 ICT, VOV Giao thông TP.HCM does not have a programme listed in the 16:15–16:30 window. The schedule must show a neutral Now 16:29 indicator and Up next: Giờ cao điểm chiều 16:30, rather than misleadingly highlighting the next show or leaving a blank time window.

• Insert a compact current-time marker between chronologically ordered reference programme rows, with an accent rule, unlisted programme text, and next scheduled show/time.
• Handle gaps before/after the available daily listings, refresh at 15-second ticks and remove marker at the next actual programme start.
• Autoscroll inner queue to current marker on desktop and mobile; never yank the user's manual scroll.
• All seven locale strings, regression tests for 16:29→16:30, and reference-schedule documentation.
• No new media playback, EPG provider, GA4 or station catalog changes.

Release validation

Full unit, prerender, SEO and Pages checks must pass on this main-target PR before merging. Verify the production Pages repository received the release SHA after deployment.

Do not ship before green CI.

• Live HH:mm:ss clock in Vietnam UTC+7 and an animated rose progress line/dot, updating each second.
• Proportionally tracks time inside the known 16:15–16:30 unlisted guide interval; at 16:30 the moving bar transfers into the published 16:30–19:00 show.
• Advances only for a visible reference schedule, does not indicate audio stream/buffering progress or fabricate actual broadcaster EPG.
• Covers Node unit tests, transition boundaries, and opt-in Playwright tests. Development PR feat: moving live timebar and seconds clock in radio programme schedule #293 green and merged.
