Vietnam radio programme schedules

Add an official-source programme guide to station detail pages and the persistent player's Schedule sidebar. First supported stations: VOV Giao thông Hà Nội, VOV Giao thông TP.HCM, VOV Mê Kông, and broadcaster schedule links for VOV1/VOV3.

Implementation

• Reference time slots sourced from the official VOV Giao thông programme pages: https://vovgiaothong.vn/lich-phat-song-hn/, https://vovgiaothong.vn/lich-phat-song-hcm/, https://vovgiaothong.vn/lich-phat-song-mk/. Do not fabricate additional slots or conflate the three regional feeds.
• VOV1 and VOV3 programmes vary by day, so show official links without inventing fixed 24-hour recurring schedules.
• Convert clocks to Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (UTC+7) using real epoch timestamps regardless of listeners' device timezone; refresh after the Vietnam calendar day changes.
• Display Reference schedule / may change daily disclaimer and an external official-source link. Distinguish these schedules from true live programme EPG and do not highlight the first morning slot as currently playing.
• No runtime scraping/proxy, new packages, browser CORS failures or SSR network fetches. Existing Zing/provincial EPG providers remain unchanged.
• Add 7-language strings, tests for station mapping, non-overlap, local date conversion, no fake VOV1 programme and UI wiring, and a maintenance guide.

Validation

npm test, full Nuxt prerender, SEO and Pages audits by PR CI. Test manual Queue → Schedule and direct station page on mobile/desktop.

Target: develop (production release separately).
