Adds an E2B-owned sandbox lifecycle provider so downstream integrations can delegate create, connect, and delete behavior to
langchain-e2binstead of duplicating E2B SDK logic.Also updates the README example to use
E2BProvider, exports the provider from the package, and bumps the package metadata to0.0.2for the next release.
