Makes sense to me 👍 we should update the cli to behave more like this

We had some feedback (see below) that just having direct deps count was confusing. Maybe we can add an all count to the CLI @43081j @dreyfus92? For now, we can use this temp code I added, my direct counts from the CLI. For now I set all stats to 0 and tests will update it with real count once this PR merges.
