Current state now lists the merged native slices, the shared-suite reliability status and the next actions. The previous current-state bullets move unchanged into the checkpoint history. Records the query-authority deadline-boundary replay as an open contract decision. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Docs only. The port log's current state now reflects the merged native slices (#478, #476, #494, #460), the shared-suite reliability status and the next actions. The previous current-state bullets move unchanged into the checkpoint history. The query-authority deadline-boundary replay diagnosed on #325 is recorded as an open contract decision.
Refs #325.
