Support Effect v4

With Effect v4 beta getting more mature, are there any efforts in place to explore what supporting this new version would look like?

Would the maintainer team be open to a PR exploring this?

Hi @gabeins! We will support effect v4 for sure, but we don't have much time right now to do so.

Also as we still don't know when the v4 stable release will be, we would probably need to have different effect-mongodb versions for v3 and v4.
