This PR manually update following package dependencies
Microsoft.CodeAnalysis*Microsoft.BuidIt seems Roslyn 5.9.0 or later dropping
net8.0/net9.0supports.So it's conditionally reference appropriate versions.
And it cause pre-release package dependency errors.
I've added explicit
Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.Analyzersreference.See:
